We practice on the ARC fields, located directly behind the main facility.
Only UC Irvine Students are permitted on the ARC fields.

Team Practices consist of:
Team warm-up lap and dynamic stretching
Warm up drills
Offensive and Defensive oriented drills
Scrimmage

Who’s Welcome to Come Out???
Feel free to come out, meet new people, and play this awesome sport.
No experience is necessary.
We will teach you all about the game including throws and strategies.

What To Bring???
A light and a dark shirt to split teams.
Cones if you’ve got them so we can make a field. Most likely we will have enough.
Bring cleats if you’ve got them so you don’t fall on your ass.
Disc. If you don’t have one, we sell them too.
Water. Stay hydrated.

Practices for Winter Quarter of 2012 will be partially split between the A and B team:
This coming year holds great potential for every one of us, lets tap it!
The schedule for practices is as follows:
- Monday: B-team 6-8, A-team 7-10, 30 min throwing at 7, warm-up 7:30
- Tuesday: track 6-8, ( Optional track practice 1 per week )
- Wednesday: 6-8 B-team, A-team scrim 7:30-9
- Friday: A-team 5-8
*All practices are mandatory unless otherwise stated.
Our team will be split into two teams this year based on two broad criteria: DEDICATION and QUALITY
- Dedication: each player will be judged on their attendance, effort, and participation at practice
- Quality: each player will be judged based on their talents, skill level, and willingness to improve
